MINIMUM ORDER & REORDER:
- Aluminum and Wood – $750 minimum opening order. $250 minimum re-order for active accounts.
- Melamine – $350 minimum opening order. $150 minimum re-order for active accounts.
- Glass Stemware / Acrylic– Four sets (16 pieces) minimum opening order. Two sets (8 pieces) minimum re-order for active accounts.
- New Orleans Glass – $150 minimum opening order. $100 minimum re-order for active accounts.
- Linen – $150 minimum opening order. $75 minimum re-order for active accounts.
- Designers – $150 minimum opening order. $100 minimum re-order for active accounts.
- Baby stores – $175 minimum opening order. $100 minimum re-order for active accounts.
- Religious-Judaica stores – $125 minimum opening order. $100 minimum re-order for active accounts.
If you wish to place an order under the minimum, a $15 under-minimum fee will be applied to your invoice.
An account must purchase a minimum of $2,000 of product (can be a combination of all lines) per calendar year to maintain active status. An account that does not meet this minimum is considered inactive. If approved to re-open, a minimum of $750 - metal, $350 - melamine, $150 - all other collections, must be purchased to re-instate an inactive account. In addition, an account with no ordering activity over a 12 month period is considered inactive and closed, and if approved to reinstate must meet requirements stated above.
Beatriz Ball is a wholesale company selling “to the trade.” To open an account, we require a resale number. All applications are subject to review and approval by Beatriz Ball. We reserve the right to grant accounts at our sole discretion. First time customers are required to pay by credit card until terms are established with our company. Three credit references are required to establish terms. Please supply us with your resale certificate and tax number on your company letterhead. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of date of invoice, subject to credit approval. A 1.5% service charge will be applied to outstanding balances past due date, and/or credit card on file will be charged for amount due. Please be advised that if a bill is not paid upon the terms agreed, you will be responsible for collection and/or attorney fees. We do not ship to companies with open orders/unpaid invoices.

FOB Mexico – Product is shipped as available exclusively via FedEx. Typical lead time is 2-3 weeks. Our non-metal products are imported from overseas, and orders containing these items may be subject to longer shipping times. All wood and metal items ship from Mexico. All non-metal items ship from the US. No orders shipped by any 3rd party shipper; no bill recipient or bill third party transportation charges accepted. Claims for product damaged or lost while in transit must be filed with the carrier. We are not responsible for any packages left at residential addresses. Please notify us immediately of any damage or loss. All orders are shipped at cost of 14.5% of total order. Beatriz Ball has an exclusive arrangement with FedEx, for our orders departing from Mexico that allows for the importation of United States destination packages. Customs documentation, brokerage, clearance and international surface transportation are included in this program. Your own discounts do not apply. Due to these regulatory conditions we are not authorized to allow for bill recipient or bill third party transportation charges.
No back orders on metal items; all orders ship 100%. Melamine, New Orleans glass, glass stemware, wood, linen, and acrylic items ship subject to availability, and may periodically be on back order. Back orders on metal items will only be canceled if notification is given.
$300 minimum design fee required on custom orders. Minimum quantities apply. 50% deposit is required once design is approved by the buyer. Balance due upon shipping.
Each piece in our aluminum line is individually wrapped in a durable, custom fit gray cloth pouch imprinted with the Beatriz Ball logo that protects and adds value to the piece. Branded boxes are available for most items at an additional cost ranging from $1 to $5. Collections that will include a branded box: Giftables, Baby, New Orleans Glass, Glass Stemware, Vida Melamine and Acrylic collections. Care cards are included for each piece to provide the consumer with product & care information. Sales materials and POS table tents are also included after each major market or upon request. RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior notice given to Beatriz Ball. If any item is not satisfactory we will replace, exchange it or refund your original method of payment. Our products are handmade. Capacities and measurements stated in catalog are approximate.
All products must be inspected upon receipt. Any claims relating to product, including damage, order error or changes must be filed with Beatriz Ball within five (5) days of receipt of product. No exceptions.
We have established an MSRP for all current merchandise. This pricing policy will be applied uniformly to all retailers, e-commerce and mail order companies. All customers are expected to sell current merchandise at Beatriz Ball “Suggested Retail” prices. MSRP pricing will be made available to all active accounts. Beatriz Ball does not authorize the sale of products to third party websites such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart.com, etc.
